HSCLA aims to provide necessary assistance for HSC faculty and students with disabilities to ensure equitable access to library resources.
The library is accessible via stairs or a wheelchair-accessible lift on all 3 levels. There is also a moving platform between levels 0 and 1.
Accessible toilets and water fountains for wheelchair users are available on most floors.
HSC faculty, staff, students, and visitors requiring handicapped parking should contact the HSC Vice President's office.
Students and staff with short-term disabilities can contact Parking Services for assistance.
Desks in HSCLA are wheelchair accessible with adjustable keyboard trays and chairs.
Staff can assist patrons who are unable to retrieve materials from stack areas.
Photocopying services, including enlarged photocopying within copyright restrictions, are available on the first and second floors.
